Retailineess.com is an end-to-end recruitment solution intends for connecting employers, consultants and job seekers for jobs mainly focused on frontline manpower but across hierarchies in any organization. Services will be but not limited to retail industry.
1. The use of the Website i.e., www.retailiness.com by any Recruiter/Employer or Job seeker/ Employee shall be deemed acceptance of and agreement to these terms.
2. The Website allows any person to use its services including in-web paid services. Retailiness.com is a platform which allows any Recruiter/Employer to contact Candidate/Employees to view their profiles and can save information provided by the registered Candidate/Employee or a Candidate/Employee can see Recruiter’s/Employer’s information/Post published in open forum.
3. Retailiness.com reserves the right to enable or disable any user profile/job/media/information on its platform completely or partially without prior notice in public/audience interest or government rules and regulations.
4. Retailiness.com reserves the right to enable or disable any user profile/job/media/information on its platform completely or partially without prior notice if found invalid, fake, unauthorized or data mismatched.
5. Retailiness.com does not give guarantee or assurance to Recruiters/Employers on candidate/employee recruitment for any specific job post or demand. Website doesn’t give job guarantee or assurance to job seekers/employee. But Retailiness is open platform for users can use the platform and we trying to make it more user friendly day by day.
6. We do not issue any certification to any registered user either recruiters or job seekers or bloggers.
7. Any profile/user registered showing political or illegal subject/matter would not be accepted under any circumstances.
8. Retailiness will take all necessary and reasonable precautions to keep the details of Job seekers and recruiters but will not be liable for unauthorized access of the information provided by any party whatsoever.
9. Members acknowledge that Retailiness.com is not liable for any form of loss or damage that may be suffered by a Member through the use of the Website including loss of data or information or any kind of financial or physical loss or damage.
10. Retailiness.com’s privacy policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions, and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also give your consent to the manner in which we may handle your personal data as detailed in that policy.
